Your Wedding Day at a glance 🎶

I’ll be there to take care of the music and make sure everything runs smoothly, so you can relax and enjoy your day.

Before the ceremony

I’ll arrive at your reception venue 2 hours before the ceremony to set up the PA, lighting and either the DJ or band equipment, depending on what you’ve booked.
I’ll then head to your ceremony location and play some relaxed background music as your guests arrive.

During your ceremony
You can choose the songs that are special to you for:

Walking down the aisle – you can have separate songs for the wedding party and yourselves if you’d like.
Signing the register – I usually recommend choosing 2 songs, as this can take around 5 minutes.
Walking back down the aisle – something fun and upbeat to celebrate!

After the ceremony

I’ll head over to your canapés location and keep the live music going while everyone mingles, has a drink and enjoys the afternoon.

At your reception

I’ll work around your run sheet and keep the live music going whenever there are no formalities happening.
Once your first dance is done, it’s time to turn things up and get the party started!
I’ll then keep the music going with live party band and/or DJ music right through until the end of the night.
